THE COURAGE TO MATTER
From self-abandonment to self-authorship, embodied leadership, and meaningful contribution.
A six-month practice in remembering, reclaiming, and revealing what matters most.
Begins October 2026
You may know this feeling
Anxiety with no clear cause. Fatigue that rest does not touch. The sense that life is moving, yet something essential within you remains still.
So we try harder. We work, adapt, overgive, take another training, wait until we feel ready, stay reasonable, stay grateful, stay small enough to fit the life we’ve built.
And still, something in us will not settle.
Because the problem is not you.
The problem is trying to manage a life that is trying to break free.
Many of us feel this now
Old ways of living are no longer holding.
Scarcity, performance, overwork, and self-abandonment are taking their toll.
We've inherited models of leadership built on hierarchy, domination, performance, and self-sacrifice.
You know something needs to shift. But you can't quite name it yet.
There is another way.
It begins with accountability—to ourselves, to truth, to our communities, and to the life moving through us.
What you're feeling isn't weakness. It's an invitation.
The medicine is already in you
Your life has been shaping it all along—your grief, your love, your failures, your longing, your sensitivity, your frustration with what no longer works.
None of it is random. It is the ground of your work. The work is not to become someone else. It is to remember, reclaim, and reveal what is already alive in you.
But few of us are ever given the space we need to integrate what we've experienced. So we keep moving. Adapting. Overgiving. Trying to figure everything out alone. Then what was once alive begins to feel scattered, diminished, and exhausted.
Not because the gifts are gone, but because they've been waiting for the right conditions to appear.
But what if the conditions you've been waiting for aren't somewhere out there—but here, in the ground of your own life, and in a courageous circle of like-hearted people willing to walk with you long enough for what's true to emerge?
Because this work was never meant to happen alone
Human beings change when we have the space to be truly seen, heard, and witnessed. This is the power of the circle.
One person is coached while the whole group listens, reflects, challenges, witnesses, and discovers themselves in the process. We risk being seen. We see ourselves differently through one another. What becomes possible for one person becomes possible for the group.
The magic is not in me. It is in us.
Not networking. Not performance. Not self-improvement. A living practice of remembering, reclaiming, and revealing more of who we are—together.
What begins to change?
We begin to see ourselves differently.
We stop waiting for permission. We stop hiding the parts of ourselves that matter most.
Our ideas become clearer. Our vision becomes more actionable. We trust ourselves more deeply. We begin to recognize what has been trying to emerge through us all along—and find the support and practice to bring it into the world.
Not perfectly. Not alone. In relationship.
Together, we practice the kind of world we long to help create—one rooted in courage, creativity, reciprocity, integrity, and care

HOW THE JOURNEY UNFOLDS
The work unfolds through a rhythm of shared practice and focused group coaching.
One week, we practice together.
I introduce an embodied, creative, or reflective practice. We practice, notice, and share what emerges.
The following week, we bring it to the circle.
I coach one person at a time, while the group witnesses, listens, reflects, and mirrors. We share what we see and hear, and what becomes visible for one person often opens something for everyone.
Practice opens the door. Coaching helps us see what we've found. Witnessing helps us see what we couldn't see alone.

I know these times are financially difficult for people. I’ve tried to price this work to honour both the depth of support offered and the realities many of us are navigating right now. If you feel strongly called to the work but money feels complicated, I encourage you to reach out and book a conversation.
Because this work is deeply relational, enrollment is not automatic. Every participant begins with a conversation so we can explore together whether this is the right fit for you—and for the group we are building together.
