THE COURAGE TO MATTER
From self-abandonment to embodied leadership and meaningful contribution
A 6-month in-person collective for teachers, healers, artists & changemakers
Vancouver | Begins September 2026
You may know this feeling
Anxiety with no clear cause. Fatigue that rest does not touch. The sense that life is moving, yet something essential within you remains still.
So we try harder. We work, adapt, overgive, take another training, wait until we feel ready, stay reasonable, stay grateful, stay small enough to fit the life we’ve built.
And still, something in us will not settle.
Because the problem is not you.
The problem is trying to manage a life that is trying to break free.
Many sensitive people feel this now
Old systems built on scarcity, performance, overwork, and self-abandonment are cracking. And many thoughtful, caring people no longer know where they belong within them.
Especially teachers, healers, artists, facilitators—people who can feel what wants to change before there are words for it.
Many sensitive people distrust leadership because they’ve only known models rooted in domination, hierarchy, performance, or self-erasure. But leadership is not control.
Real leadership begins in relationship: to self, to truth, to community, and to the deeper intelligence trying to move through us.
What you feel is not weakness. It is a signal.
The medicine is already in you
Your life has been shaping it all along: your grief, your love, your failures, your longing, your sensitivity, your frustration with what no longer works.
None of it is random. This is the ground of your work.
But many of us never get the space to integrate what we’ve learned.
We keep moving, adapting, overgiving, trying to figure everything out alone. And eventually, what was once alive begins to feel scattered, diminished, or exhausting.
Not because the gifts are gone. Because they need a different kind of support.

This work was never meant to happen alone
Human beings grow when they feel truly seen.
This is the power of the group: a space where courage is practiced collectively, where our visions are mirrored clearly, where we learn not only how to lead, but how to receive support, speak honestly, be challenged, trusted, witnessed, and encouraged into our next becoming.
Not networking. Not performance. Not self-improvement.
A living practice of becoming more real together.
What becomes possible in a space like this?
We stop hiding.
Our ideas become actionable. Our vision becomes clearer. We feel authentically confident.
We begin to trust our timing, our voice, and the deeper intelligence shaping our work and our lives.
And perhaps most importantly, we stop carrying everything alone.
Through shared intention, accountability, mentorship, and community support, we begin practicing the kind of world we want to live in—one rooted in courage, creativity, reciprocity, integrity, and care.

I know these times are financially difficult for many people. I’ve tried to price this work in a way that honours both the depth of support being offered and the realities many of us are navigating right now.
If you feel strongly called to the work but money feels complicated, I encourage you to reach out and book a conversation.
Because this work is deeply relational, enrollment is not automatic. Every participant begins with a conversation so we can explore together whether this is the right fit for you—and for the group we are building together.
